Any player shall be deemed eligible for the Free Agent Draft provided:
(a) he has participated in a US collegiate lacrosse program and is at least 21 years old, or (b) he has not participated in a US collegiate lacrosse program and is at least 18 years old.
Any player shall be deemed eligible for the Supplemental Draft provided:
(a) he meets the eligibility requirements of the Free Agent Draft above, and (b) he was not legally able to participate in the Free Agent Draft (binding contract issues, etc.), as confirmed by the NALL League Counsel.
Players may apply for the Drafts on the league website, but teams are permitted to select any eligible player regardless of prior registration. Players who are accepted will be offered an indoor lacrosse contract with the NALL. All drafted players will be notified promptly after the draft by the team who drafted him and shall be invited to training camp by said team.
All players who are drafted must sign a league contract to be League eligible. Players who are drafted by teams and refuse to either sign and/or report will be deemed a hold out and the player's rights shall be retained by the Member Club who drafted him for two (2) seasons.
ENTRY FREE AGENT COMBINE AND DRAFT
The League will hold its first Entry Free Agent Combine in Richmond, VA on December 10, 2011 and its first Free Agent Draft on December 11, 2011 to allow Member Clubs the opportunity to select free agent or "non-franchise" players. The combine shall be conducted on behalf of the League by United States Indoor Lacrosse Inc. (www.usindoorlacrosse.com). All players are urged to register and attend the Entry Free Agent Combine to ensure visibility to the NALL Teams. Each team will receive one (1) pick in each round unless that pick has been previously traded, lost or otherwise not allowed. Teams will draft in accordance with the specific rules established by the Commissioner for the subject draft. Member Clubs will draft in accordance with a lottery system of selection order determined by the Commissioner or his designee prior to the draft.
The Draft will be eleven (11) rounds. In the first round, teams will have a maximum time of five (5) minutes to make their selections. In the remaining rounds, teams will have two (2) minutes to make their selections. A club that fails to make a selection within the allotted time will forfeit its selection after the Commissioner has determined that time has expired. The League makes no representations or warranties with respect to the status of any player selected in the draft, and reserves the right to void a selection in the event any player is selected in violation of the league articles, regulations or rules.

UNDRAFTED PLAYERS
Following the conclusion of the Supplemental Draft, any undrafted player may be signed by any team provided such player's name and contact information (address, email and cell number) has been submitted to the League, and has been circulated by the League on its undrafted free agent list to all active teams for a minimum three (3) day period. After the expiration of said three (3) day period, any team may contact and solicit such player for signing. The final day for signing such players appearing on these lists shall be February 14, 2012.
TEAM ROSTERS
Each team shall have a roster consisting of 17 dressed/active players and 6 additional inactive players. There shall be a minimum of 18 players who are citizens of the United States of America for at least three (3) calendar years prior to the first game of the season.
